The Culinary Academy of Long Island
Established in 1996, The Culinary Academy of Long Island opens its doors
to prospective students interested in the pursuit of professional training
in the culinary arts field. Programs are offered weekdays in both morning
and afternoon sessions, as well as in the evening.
The Culinary Academy of Long Island maintains three commercial kitchens
and provides training programs that allow students to begin a career as
a caterer, chef, or restaurant manager in as little as nine months.
